Use this portal to report problems or request help with any IT‑related need. Each request is assigned a unique ticket number, allowing you to follow status updates and responses online. While every request matters, we prioritise tickets by urgency and business impact so the most critical work is addressed first.
Service hours: Monday–Friday, 05:00–16:00 (AEST). For urgent incidents, please call the Service Desk on (07 3170 0381) or mark your ticket as **Critical**.
